How is my progress saved?

Your progress is saved on your device, and synced to the cloud when you sign in with Apple Game Center or Google. Signing in lets you keep your stars, coins, and streaks across devices.

How do the rewarded ads work?

Some optional bonuses โ€” like redoing a shot in single-player โ€” let you watch a short ad in exchange. Watching is always your choice; you'll never be forced to watch an ad to keep playing.

How do I change my ad / tracking preferences?

On iOS, go to Settings โ†’ Privacy & Security โ†’ Tracking to control ad tracking. Where we showed a consent choice (for example in the EU/UK), you can update it from the App's privacy options.

Are coins and power-ups worth real money?

No. Coins, power-ups, and gear are for in-game use only. They have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for cash. See our Terms of Use for details.

I made a hole โ€” who can play it?

You can keep custom holes private, or publish them so the whole community can play. Published holes are subject to our content rules and may be moderated. See Your created content.

Delete your account & data

You're always in control of your data. To request deletion of your account and the data associated with it (cloud save, leaderboard entries, social data, and any published levels):

  1. Email willpat9921@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Ace account and data."
  2. If you sign in with Game Center, include the display name you use in Ace so we can locate your records.
  3. We'll verify the request and permanently delete your account and associated data, typically within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law.

Deleting the App from your device removes the local copy of your data immediately. To also remove cloud data, use the request above.
